DZ09 - Can I upgrade? Model?

I recently bought a DZ09 watch from Amazon, it's labeled SHONCO DZ09, but no other info than "Item model number LYSB01GNVXRJ0-ELECTRNCS"... I noticed that there are different models of this out there. How do I find out which one I have? And also, it came pretty barebones (no radio, etc) can I add a custom rom to add features? Thanks..this is my first dive into smart watches! Cheers
