A familiar face returned to Star City this week as Roy Harper donned the red hood once more and joined Team Arrow against new villain Calculator (Everwood's Tom Amandes). Meanwhile, Nyssa al Ghul finally got her chance for revenge against Maolcolm Merlyn.
