NEED HELP - Need someone to Compile CWM/TWRP custom recovery for Lumigon T3

Im looking for someone who can help me to compile TWRP or CWM for Lumigon T3.
If successful, im ready to donate some amount to benefit the work done.

Have no idea how to root the phone so dont have stock boot.img or recovery.img dump

Through ADB I just got partition table. What else I need to do so somebody can figure out how to compile and get into phone TWRP?
