Lenovo A 6000Plus Gmail and Play store not working

Hi team,

I have disabled updates for Gmail. Now I am unable to reconfigure it, it is struck at ad email and moving to next, can someone please help me to work this out, as I am unable to use play store to update apps.

Please help me on this.
