Courtenay Taylor is very familiar with Fallout 4. To bring its 'player female' character to life, the voice actress recorded around 13000 lines of dialogue over a two year period, the longest she's ever spent on a video game (and she's spent a lot of time on video games).
Taylor has, in fact, spent so much time on Fallout 4 that she's familiar with the stuff that even the most obsessive player will never see. "Even if the camera never goes there, we know it's there," she tells me during our interview.
