You may have noticed Vault Boy in the Promoted Unit of the IGN navigation bar. If you haven't figured it out already, you can add a Pip-Boy skin to the IGN Navigation. Just click on Vault Boy to activate this limited time skin. This doesn't change how the navigation operates. This doesn't opt you into an Adopt-a-Ghoul program. It's just pure Fallout 4 fun.
If you feel like the Pip-Boy skin may be giving you rad poisoning, all you need to do is mouse-over Vault Boy in the Promoted Unit and select the Remove option.
