Terminally Ill 7-Year-Old Helps Police Fight Zombie Outbreak

Spencer Holt was recently able to help Florida police fight a zombie infestation.

There weren't real animated corpses, of course, but a group of local high school theater students who had applied copious amounts of makeup to make themselves look like the shambling dead.

It was all in an effort to surprise 7-year-old Holt, who is currently suffering from a terminal illness. Armed with a nerf gun and a badge, Holt accompanied the SWAT team to help them fight this mock zombie outbreak inside an old jail. See images of the event in the gallery below.

"We were truly humbled to host 7-year-old Spencer Holt on Sept. 29, 2015. Although he's living with a terminal illness, his light is bright and his smile is even brighter," reads a post on the Pasco Sheriff's Office Facebook page.
