Tmobile LG G4 Cannot Flash

Hi I am attempting to flash stock android onto my US LG G4 from Tmobile. I am running the following command on windows fastboot flashing unlock twrp.img. When I do my commands prompts pukes a man page but doesn't actually flash. I am following these two guides http://ift.tt/2aw7hks and http://ift.tt/1QsMdwY .
