Pls help!! Front Camera Icon Missing

I have Indian version of Moto g 2nd Generation 2014 model, XT1068 to be exact. Front camera option disappeared suddenly. I tried clearing cache, other camera apps and at last fully factory reset the phone twice, didnt worked. Is it a hardware issue then
