Can I port cm13 from Android one (Sprout mt6582) to Generic mt6580 ?

Can I port cm13 from Android one (Sprout mt6582) to Generic mt6580 3.10.x kernel to 3.10.x kernel?
please write what you thinking about it?
Don't have any device tree for compling cm13 too.
Anyone help me to make device tree, please.
