[NO-ROOT] Any Third Party "Launcher" - TV Launcher

Hi all!

I got a third party launcher, gorgeous TV style, to work on the Mini without root. Finally, now it looks like this:

If anybody is interested on knowing how, please let me know and I will post a guide.
