Unable to Format a TCL Idolx+

I've a bricked a phone after a wipe fronm recovery (strange), I think PMT is gone, this is what I get with a cat /proc/emmc:

I can boot only in recovery mode, I tried to format by Spflash tool with a backup scatter or some other stock scatter file but I get this:
"BROM: S:FT_FORMATFAIL (4010) Format flash error; possibly a wrong format range"
What can I do ?
