unable to change rom

i am unable to downgrade the rom of my note 3 N900
its getting failed by odin and the error comes on the screen says

" SW REV. CHECK FAIL. DEVICE:4 BINARY:2 "

ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE
im having software issue and the imei is showing null .
help me developers please :'( :(
