Sound issue

My one plus one has big problem no sound at all whatever when I play any video or YouTube no sound also when I dial phone on sound either even can't make a call don't know why it just happened. I try reboot and reset the phone not fix but every time when I reboot it show up this message may it connect with this problemAttachment 3761758
