rooted moto E LOOP error

hey i am using rooted moto e 2014 with cm13 nightly.i want to installed super su in my mobile.After installing it notified to download Su binary then i selected twrp/cwm option my mobile started rebooting and then this error occured bootloader loop,, plz help me out from this.i tried by fastboot mode to enter into recovery but it again going into loop.plz help me out
