Can we do a bootloader unlock or bump [bounty]??

Never started a bounty before so I don't know how to do so, but I'd gladly donate some money to the one who can come up with a bump'd or unlocked bootloader. I'm hoping a chance at some cash may sway some more support to the v10. :fingers-crossed::fingers-crossed:
