$10 off is as good a discount as I ever see these days, so even if you're PS Plus isn't running out, consider adding a year to your subscription while you can get it at this price.
I see years of Xbox Live go for $35 somewhat regularly, so if you have time you can hold out, but if your subscription is about to run out, you'd might as well save $20 on your next year of Live.
