Sony Computer Entertainment America has filed a new game software trademark for Days Gone.
According to the registration, which was filed with the USPTO on December 28, the trademark is under both Class 9 and Class 41, specifying it as online game software.
That said, DualShockers notes that the Class 41 tagging is required for software with any type of online feature. So, if Days Gone is indeed a new game from Sony, it may not necessarily be one with a major online component.
